Return Policy
Disclosure:
Due to the handmade nature of our goods, there may be slight imperfections, pattern or color variations from one product to the next. These unique differences should not be considered flaws, but an essential part of your hand-crafted item. Please note that colors may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen.
Returns:
Due to the fragile nature of our items, returns/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. We normally do not accept returns and in some instances, will honor an exchange or refund. All items considered for returns/exchanges must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Please contact support@elev8boutique.com within 7 days of receipt. If your item arrives defective, please email support@elev8boutique.com within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue. This does not include slight imperfections that are characteristic of handmade items.
Refunds:
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund.

Please note that Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
